Short List of Rules and Regulations for Fish Harvesting
All Participants are to be bound by and are required to read and be familiar with the following Rules and Regulations

The following is a partial list of information and Ranch Rules and Regulations pertaining to Fish Harvesting.  Please see Ranch Website with emphasis to sections "Fish Harvesting", "Fish Harvesting Permits", "Fish Harvesting Permits as a Gift" and "Security and Ranch Rules" for additional information and applicable Ranch Rules and Regulations.  Wherever there may be any conflict with the information listed herein, and/or above on Schedule A, with the current information and Ranch Rules and Regulations made available at Ranch Headquarters or as posted on the Ranch Bulletin Board, then that current information and Ranch Rules and Regulations made available to Participants at the Ranch Headquarters or posted on the Ranch Bulletin Board at the Ranch Headquarters shall dominate.  The reference Notes in this schedule A are to focus attention to some of the salient rules, regulations or conditions that are applicable to the individual item, but it is to be noted that all other rules, regulations and conditions shall additionally apply.

Anyone entering or using any Ranch facilities shall be bound by all terms and conditions and schedules A. B, C, D plus other rules and regulations as posted on the Ranch website or posted on the Ranch bulletin board.  All Ranch Participants are advised to read and become familiar with the Ranch rules, regulations and procedures.

Note (1) This lake also has Bluegill, Crappie and Catfish which are charged separately from Trout and Bass. (See item 13)
Note (2) Fish smaller than "Minimum Sizes" for each lake or specie of fish are to be released without injury and allowed to grow larger.
Note (3) To determine overall length of the fish, measure from the tip of the head to the rearmost of the fin with fins pressed together.  Any measurement yielding over   1 inch above the previous 2 inch measurement if to be listed to the next 2 inch increment.
Note (4) Children 8 years and younger are FREE, as long as they are accompanied at all times by an adult with a  valid and current Fish Harvesting Permit.  There are not to be more than 3 children per adult, but in no event more than can safely and adequately be managed by that adult.  The adult supervising children 8 years and younger shall be responsible to report and pay for all the fish harvested by the children.  The Put and Take Lake program requires all children harvesting fish to pay for a Fish Harvesting Permit.  Anyone harvesting fish in the Put and Take Lake must pay for fish harvested at the rates listed in Schedule A - Item 15.  Children to be charged for fish harvested at the same rate as youth or adults for fish harvested in non Put and Take Lake.  Any person under the age of 18 must have written approval in the form of a Release of Liability (ROL) signed by a parent or guardian with authority.
Note (5) (See item 10 Daily Entry Fee of Schedule A.)  Camping, use of Housing and use of the Ranch property is   FREE, and is not to be considered to be included in any way in the Daily Entry Fee for the Fish Harvesting Permit.
Note (6) No "Catch and Release".  Any fish caught that meets or exceeds the Minimum Size is yours - you must keep, declare and pay for it.  Any fish that gets off the hook before it is reeled-in does not have to be claimed.  If the fish is netted or brought out of the water, even momentarily, it must be declared.    A hand held pole type fish net is required for each person fishing.  Any fish injured or killed, directly or indirectly by the Permit Holder, must also be declared and paid for.  "Barbless" hooks are Not  Allowed!  It is the intent to "Harvest Fish" as opposed to fishing as recreation or sport.

The fish included in the Prepaid Fish Per Day must be caught by the Participant with the Ranch Fish Harvesting Permit.  The Prepaid Fish Per Day are not to be transferred to others nor accumulated beyond one day.
Note (7) Please see Group Rates and Multiple Days Discount Schedule.
Note (8) All Fish Harvesting, except for those exempted in item 11,  must be paid for either by a Prepaid Fish Harvesting option, as provided in item 10 & 11, or paid for prior to Fish Harvesting by the Participant pre-signing an "open" approved credit card to be used to pay for fish or other Ranch services; or, alternatively, by securing an approved line of credit with a determined dollar limitation; or by the Participant paying a deposit in cash to pay for the estimated cost of fish to be caught..  In the event all charges are not collected prior to the Participant leaving the Ranch then the Ranch shall bill the Participant with terms to be net due upon presentation of the billing.
Note (9) The Ranch issued fishing permit must be carried and prominently displayed at all times while the participant is Harvesting Fish at the Ranch, and/or must be carried and be available for inspection by Ranch personnel, while otherwise on the Ranch premises.  A Daily Score Card will be issued to each Permit Holder.  The Permit Holder is required to fill out the Score Card and return it to the Ranch office at the end of each day of Fish Harvesting.  The information on this Score Card is used to determine the fisherman's total catch by specie, size and quantity, and to determine charges for fish harvested -- and, most importantly, to allow the Ranch to manage it's fish inventory.  ALL fish16" and longer to be declared and weighed on Ranch scale (intact without cleaning or eviscerating) and price to be the greater of either length of actual weight.
Note (10) The Ranch is only open to Ranch Fish Harvesting Permit Holders pursuant to rules listed in the current Ranch Rules and Regulations.  Each and every person entering the Ranch premises or engaging in any Ranch activity, whether On of Off the Ranch, must be listed and registered with the Ranch, and each person, or their parent or legal guardian, shall be required to execute a "Release of Liability" (ROL) form, a copy of which is listed on the Ranch website.

Note (12) Upon request for "Exemption" from the Ranch Requirement for all Participants to purchase a Fish Harvesting Permit, the Ranch will consider, but not be limited to, the following factors to determine Ranch approval for Exemptions:  Physical disability, age or incapacity or limitation or any other reasonable condition, all in the sole opinion of the Ranch.  In any event, the Exempted person's) shall be required to execute a Ranch Required Release of Liability (ROL) Form and be issued and display an "Exempted" permit.
